The Purpose of Patience
Hello my precious Queens,
I am writing to you today about something very special to my heart, patience. We live in a very fast-paced world that will keep you busy and distracted with everything from work to family and friends, to social media, television, and it just never seems to end.
As a Queen, you have the power to take control over these things. Learn to slow down, to breathe and simply just enjoy being.
We’ve all heard that patience is a virtue. This is so true. I have learned patience with God teaching me to wait for the things I want. He taught me to listen when others speak. Really listen. If we are patient with each other and willing to hear what our hearts have to say, we can all learn so much from each other. More than learning from each other, we have so much to give to one another. Imagine a friend is pouring their heart out to you about a matter they are facing in their life. This gives you an opportunity to speak hope to your friend, to encourage them with positive words, with kindness, and with your love. It truly is more blessed to give than receive, this means giving of your heart, not material things, even if you live in Beverly Hills. Though it is also wonderful to give material presents to others, but I’m talking about giving from your heart.
Your love is the most valuable thing you possess and ever will, and it lives in your heart.
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” ~ 1 Corinthians 13 Holy Bible
You see, patience is the ability to wait for the things you want, while still keeping a positive attitude. In fact, true patience is keeping a positive attitude even when you are facing difficult and challenging times in your life. In almost every moment, your patience will be tested. Do you overreact to your family or even your parents? Get irritated at people driving on the road? Do you get discouraged when things don’t seem to be going your way? The key to success is mastering your patience, is that you must develop your patience my practicing staying calm in all situations. Instead of being impatient with others, I want you to learn to be patient and giving a response from your heart, from your highest and best self.
That is what a Queen does, even the Queen of Beverly Hills.
If you want to be the Queen of your own Destiny, you must always operate from the place of love in your heart at all times and with all people.
Remember to always #BeLOVE
Love always,
Jacqueline Maddison
